Our first few days home...

Playdates are a must when we are home for a visit. First stop, the Marston's. Austin and Anna played nicely, while Parker played with Grant and Dane.

Then Ryan and Chloe came down and asked the boys to be the Ring Bearers in their wedding. The boys were excited, though they didn't really know what that meant. Chloe said the ring bearer at the wedding gets the biggest piece of cake. Parker said, "No thanks. I'm trying to eat healthy."

Parker has gotten pretty good at posing for pictures.
Then we went to visit Parker's old preschool class. He came in at the last few minutes and all the kids were so excited to see him. He went around and gave each former classmate a hug. It was so sweet. Then we went to play on the playground for a while. The families were so sweet to hang out and play with us.

Parker and his buddies. He's very excited about his upcoming b'day in February, the only problem is his invite list only includes kids from San Diego. Uh oh.

Papa had been on a business trip, so the boys were very excited when he finally returned home.

The boys wouldn't stop talking to him. They had a lot to catch up on.

The next day, was a playdate with Sadie. On the way home Parker told me, "I think I'm going to marry Sadie and it's perfect because she's older than me like you're older than dad. She's going to be five and a half when I'm five. And you are 30 and a half when dad is 30."
Loved visiting with Kate (and Pernel who stopped by) and seeing baby Bennett who could not be cuter.
