Happy birthday Austin Glen!

2 years ago today I was halfway through my 24 hour labor... and at 9pm, out came the most perfectly round head, with the most sparkling blue eyes. From the moment we laid eyes on this boy, he has brought us nothing but joy. He is the sweetest, cuddliest, friendliest guy and he adds so much to our family. He adores his brother and mimics his every move. He loves his daddy, and demands a hug and a kiss every morning. He loves to hug my neck and tell me, "Pretty mama." He's just  the best.

 And here he is last week. Time flies when you're having fun.

To my Mickey-obsessed, non-stop eating, loving, joyful, handsome, imaginative boy. You are so special, Austin. I know you will do great things in life and bring so much joy into the lives of others. You love to play. Whether you're kicking the soccer ball, playing with trains/planes/cars, or riding on toys on the patio, you love to have fun. You think of yourself as one of the big kids. At preschool, all the kids adore you and give you hugs. I love how you play with baby dolls, with such gentleness. I love the way you wave and smile at strangers. I love that you ask "How you?" I love how you love to sing and dance. I hope that you feel loved everyday and know how awesome you are. Happy 2nd birthday Austin!
