He was tired from watching the boys run laps in the front yard. I'm so thankful we've had a tiny bit of respite from the humidity on most days, so spending our evenings running around is much more pleasant.

And side note... I roasted a chicken for the first time and it was really good. But you really can't beat a Costco rotisserie chicken. The ease and cost outweigh the satisfaction of doing it yourself in my book.
